If' it's a hot day ventilate your feet every stop, consider changing socks at midday if you sweat a lot. At night a good cream will help.
Shoes- one to one and a half size bigger then normal.
The Camino is known for it's "none shyness". T shirt and unerwear will do fine. You will be amazed at how peopel , so tired, never notice anything that you wear at night.
It's hard to advise without knowing the nature of your injury. An ankle is an ankle is not a knee...

I think they are too light for a 800 km walk. They might do for a day or two walks without a heavy pack, on asphalt.
They do seem good walking shoes, will they last the whole Camino? rain, mud, rocks and stones, a lot of sweat, stress.

Looks too fragile. Nothing holds your foot and prevent it from sliding side ways when wet.
Crocks are the best if you ask me. If you are looking for substitute for hiking shoes I suggest hiking sandals that are not so "open".
1 to 1.5 is a must. your feet will suffer the most when you walk, all blood vessels increase volume and this is why your feet swell. Add to that the fact that you'll be wearing thick socks and insoles.
Before youi decide on trail shoes you must be aware that you need to be well trained, these shoes are good for those who have strong ankles and tough feet.
Are you well trained? what is your body weight? height? how much weight are you planning to carry?
