Shin Splints, Tendonitis or Stress Fracture
Thanks for the good advice, I am trying to figure out how long before I can start training again, but have been told 12 weeks to m ake sure everything heals. Plus I have had customised orthotics made to counteract m y pronation (flat feet) which I am sure contributed.- BiggBlue
