How can I avoid blisters!!!???
Hi Juju we didn't get any blisters not one single one and I swear this is because we trained on hard surfaces pavements ect done a lot of road walking in prep for our camino we only wear liners !!! That's it nothing else this works for us the other thing we do is take our boots of the minute...- Jennyallan
