Knee Issues - Solutions from Fellow Sufferers?
Robo, I had similar problems last year, I was 78 when I walk last year. I have two small tears in my meniscus, and used a combination of ice (when ever I could get it), ibuprofen 600mg before starting out, and Voltaren (sp?), after my shower...worked pretty good.- Jim Miller
