I feel the pain in the actual underneath inner arch, not the heel. I used the black kinesiology tape and wrapped it around my arch on both feet and wore that through the entire Camino and it truly helped. They sold the tape at all the Farmacia/Pharmacy along the Camino so I was able to reapply...- Katherine Fugate
