Anyone know how to get into a doctors office for a visit?
I’m on Via de la Plata in Aldeanueva. I need to see a doctor .. it’s not a medical emergency but a precious issue that needs attention. Inter-Metatarsil Bursitis
Hi there, I don’t have same problem, but thought I would share my experience with cortisone shot for foot problem. I had a ‘bursitis’ that involved fluid in sac on inside ankle area/where instep meets ankle. It caused me lots of discomfort and radiated to other area of foot, lower leg, calf etc...- Madamjoy

Medical help in Burgos please
Glad to hear it’s not a fracture, I too had tendinitis on Camino, I too went to a clinic in Burgos, No charge. When I asked the young docotor how much do I owe, he said, “nothing, I didn’t do anything, I only told you the diagnosis”. I shed some tears because of that kindness. Buen Camino...- Madamjoy

Curious about achievability of Camino at 50, slow walker
I find walking in the city and Is harder on feet as you are walking on concrete and tile and there is no 'give'. Rural trails are more forgiving. Try going for walks in parks, forests, country lanes, along river paths. I've recently had physio treatment using dry needling to treat tendinitis...- Madamjoy
