As others have said, go with your provider's recommendations. I have both a heavy home use CPAP and a lighter travel model which I took on two caminos. The data from both has always magically gotten from the machines to my provider without any effort on my part. In my opinion, any extra...
Get professional help! After struggling with increasing pain I had a physio work on me and tape me up in Burgos. After that I was able to continue walking, slowly at first. But after a few easier days I was back up to regular distances and was able to finish.
Several years back I got into a bad infestation of bedbugs at a nice Holiday Inn in Seattle. It can happen anywhere. I put everything into the dryer and that took care of the problem. Now a bedbug inspection is the first thing we do upon arrival at a hotel, every time.

I walked the CF with my travel CPAP machine last year. Generally had no problem finding plugins. If we called ahead for reservations, I let them know I needed a plugin and was always accomodated.
I had plantar fasciitis and was able to cure it completely with some exercises. Here's a link to a video of the treatment.
In particular, the splaying massage exercise, but going all the way back to the end of my heel, was the most effective. I was very surprised how quickly this...
