What should I do about calluses?

I had a quick look online and this place near Orlando seems to have "walkers' wool", which is just raw wool: Small Beginnings Sheep Farm, O'Brien, Florida https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=890112312903589&set=pb.100057144862710.-2207520000 If they don't have it, they may be able to...

Advice needed: Am I getting enough hill training?

Very good advice, @dick bird! Leave your hard skin/callouses on your feet alone. Not that you mentioned plans to do so, don't get a pedicure before you start walking. Your feet will be much more vulnerable to blisters if you do. Buen camino!

    First Blister

I swear by Vaseline, which you can get almost anywhere and it comes in a handy tube. Just slather it all over your feet including between the toes, then put on one pair of socks. A way to make your feet very happy is to change to clean socks half-way through the day, at which time you can...

Using Eu Passport For Medical Treatment

I am a Canadian, and just got back from Spain on April 5th. I had to go to the emergency department at a hospital in Caceres, on the VdlP, because I had a nasty throat or upper respiratory infection. I got very prompt care (about an hour and a half from start to finish) and walked away with a...
