Glucose availability on the Camino Francés
As a diabetic for over 30 years I found it easier to reduce my Insulin levels dramatically to avoid the risk of hypo's. hopefully with good control the need for glucose tablets is minimised and the small weight of bringing a few packs of a brand you know from home is the better option.- Sarahandlouise
