Advice needed: Managing a large blister on the heel
Be really picky about what sandals you get. Make sure you try with your loaded pack and bendy about. If the strap touches the edge of the blister you might be adding to the problem. Get some alcohol from the Albergue first aid and sterilize everything possible.- out2c
