I am so glad to have found this particular thread. I myself suffer from social anxiety disorder which last year blew up into floating panic attacks. I would wake up and feel that fight or flight response for no apparent reason and I'd feel it for hours. I also suffer with depression. I'm 30...- sweetlee213
