Camino Primitivo end of December
I just finished the Primitivo and I'd check and possibly make your bookings in advance instead of relying on "hope" as even in season there aren't a lot of albergue options in some places. Starting Primitivo on the coast? Walking till late?
I'm starting the Primitivo in Villaviciosa in early September with my Dad and we are planning two walking days to get to Oviedo. Nice short days to start out slow and ease into a routine.
