Ooof. We’re all walking into the heat until Friday or so. After tomorrow, we have some shorter days planned. I’ve got some electrolytes from the pharmacy (like pedialite). Literally my life saver right now. You take care, too!- DaysWeSpend

Heat Wave warning France, August 2023
We’re in Varaire (going to Cahors tomorrow) and we’re currently melting. Can’t sleep at night since there’s no AC and not even a fan. We’ve been starting at 6:30 am. Today we did 28 km by 1 pm. Not fun to go that fast.- DaysWeSpend
