Hola a todos
There seems to be quite a lot of anxious chatter about sleeping space in the albergues filling up. So here's my question: If a walker isn't absolutley committed to the idea of staying in refuges, is it reasonably easy to find other options that don't absolutely break the bank?
See you on the road

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.

Yes, it is.
Along the Frances, we found there were often private hostels and auburgues that were relatively inexpensive. This is not true in every village, but in many. One might want to consult a good guidebook, either the Confraternity's or Brierley's are my two favorites, to be sure there is a place ahead. But in all honesty, I hope you don't worry too much about it.

Nearly all pilgrims report that when they let go of the reins and trust the Camino and God, all is well.
That is good advice to you, to me, and to all of us.
