A new book that has recently come out entitled, "Rebirth: A Fable of Love, Forgiveness, and Following Your Heart" by Kamal Ravikant is a worthy read. Though this is a book of fiction it teaches some wonderful truths. It is good for both those who think of themselves as just spiritual individuals to those of deep religious faith.
The main character is Amit. He finds himself completely lost in the world. His estranged father has died, he loses his job, and his relationship is gone. He is adrift, depressed, and broken. He goes on Camino and finds a path to joy.
