Arriving in Pamplona 5pm

Hello there
My Madrid to Pamplona flight arrives at 5pm.
Anyone got any thoughts about getting to Roncesvalles that same day?
Would I be likely to get a bed in Roncesvalles? I'll need to get my credential too.

Hi LIz,
The bus from Pamplona to Roncesvalles leaves at 6pm - arrives Roncesvalles 7:30 pm. (weekdays) The credencial office closes at 8 pm. It will probably be quite tight to make that, but you might! Otherwise, a taxi. or spend the night in Pamplona, check outthe various sights and go to Roncesvalles the next day. Then you won't have to stop in Pamplona again as you walk back through....

I arrived at Roncevalles around dusk and got one of the few remaining beds....I cant imaging they would turn any pilgrim away, but you may have to sleep on the floor if you arrive too late? Buen Camino!
