John Brierley’s book was my constant companion and guide, in very pragmatic and spiritual ways, on my Camino 2022. As I look to 2024, will his camino guides ever be updated to carry future pilgrims on the Ways? His story lives on in all of ours.

A few months ago John and Gemma recorded a video where Gemma's increasing role in producing the guides was highlighted. Although it was not mentioned explicitly in the video both were well aware of the serious nature of John's illness. A public handing over of the baton in effect. At the moment the plan is that she will continue the work though of course that may change in future.
