Walked from Pamplona to Los Arcos, Planning to continue from Los Arcos

Alsa buses run quite frequently and I have taken them twice. Unfortunately their web site seems to say they DON'T run along this route ! Very unhelpful. There is a train. Another option is Blabla a car sharing service. I have used this and it works !
