Bus from Tui to Coastal Route?

I am in Ponte de Lima on the Portugues Central route and I would like to go to the Coastal route. Can I catch a bus from Tui to the Coastal route?

The two meet at Redondela, the stop after Tui. Where would you like to join it?

I would like to join it in A Guarda of possible
