Hmm, think I prefer the old site. If you want to skip the intro graphics (which, as usual with Flash graphics, serve no useful purpose whatsoever) go to http://www.catedraldesantiago.es/webcatedral.html
From the flags, it looks like they plan an English version, but it doesn't seem to be available yet.

New site includes ability to print out your own "e-compostela" (in Spanish or Latin), and you can commission a mass for €7 :roll:

But I can't find the pilgrim stats anywhere - the most interesting part of the old site!

I wasn't aware of this site and I think it is splendid. Hope it will be in French or English soon as it seems to reveal a wealth of information.

I like the soundtrack ( I am a fan of Middle Ages and Renaissance music)

I think this site is brand new, you mention the old site, are you thinking of this one?

Much of the info is the same, just presented differently. If you click on 'virtual visit' it tells you the new site is in preparation. I assume the new site is intended more for tourists and casual visitors, whereas the old one is more for those interested in church matters, such as the archbishop's homily for St James Day, top of the notices frame.
