Hi everyone, I am doing Le Puy to Conques next year , plus SAN Sebastián to Bilbao next year,one of the ladies I am travelling with wants to know if she can receive the certificate de Compostela, by doing these sections

No. To receive a Compostela you must walk the final 100km of an officially recognised route ending in Santiago. Walking any other sections of a Camino will not qualify.
