Convento San Anton Alburgue

My husband and I will be doing the camino starting in Burgos. If the legs are holding up, we would like to stay at the Convento de San Anton Alburgue. I cannot find much information on this place other than that several people have said that they enjoyed it. I know that it is rustic and with no electricity or hot water, but what is the food situation?

Is there a pilgrim meal at the alburgue, or should we plan on picking up provisions for dinner in Hontanas? Is there a breakfast at San Anton or should we plan on having our own breakfast or waiting until we reach the next bar?

Thank you for your help!

They will probably feed you at San Anton, a family style meal is what we were served. However, if you have food to share, dinner will be even better Things like pasta, tuna, or eggs might go into a nice casserole type dish.
