Time of past OR future Camino
Camino Frances twice
I am a 75-year-old male who is currently cycling the Camino portugués and posting daily blog entries of my experience. I'm cycling during August 2017, but I will leave the blog up when I finish, because it may be of use to others who are considering doing the same. If you check the blog out well after August 2017, you may have scroll down to find the Camino blog entries, as I will continue blogging about trivia after I reach Santiago.

Hi Jack I love the picture of the bridge from Valenca to Tui in you blog .I aim to be crossing over it next month, what a way to enter Spain enjoy the rest of your adventure Alan

On the bridge from Valença to Tui there is a walkway on the side where you can take your bike if you don't feel like going along the trafic. It also allows very good views over the river with Tui in the distance.
It seems you didn't stop in the fortres in Valença. A pity, it can be congested with tourists (mainly spanish) but its beautiful and offers great views towards the surrounding countryside.
