One train per day to Irun. From there you can reach SJPDP quite easily on local trains. But you will probably have to overnight in Irun on the way - doesn't arrive there until after 9pm

The bus to San Sebastian is overnight, so you have all day to get to SJPdP via Bayonne and Biarritz.
