A new free guide app has been released for the Camino on Gran Canaria. Once installed the user can switch between Spanish and English language. Routes on other islands in the Canaries group are expected to be added later. Looks very promising.

Yes real interesting stuff I noted that Fresco Tours started promoting it recently. I was there recently must be challenging a bit like Camino de los Faros if it follows coastline but sometimes goes inland (and uphill). Here's official website link https://www.caminoentrevolcanes.com/

I was there recently must be challenging a bit like Camino de los Faros if it follows coastline but sometimes goes inland (and uphill).

The main Gran Canaria route runs from Maspalomas on the south coast to Galdar on the north coast. Right through the centre of the island. Not much coastline. I walked it a few years ago. It is quite tough going in places with long ascents and descents. Not much flat ground along the way. Glorious varied scenery though!
