Green triangle ?

I could not access the 'This Board ' forum so feel free to move this thread but I am curious about the green triangle in the top left hand corner of some profile pics. Does everyone else know what it indicates?

That shows when a person is "Online"

You can disable it in the Preferences if you prefer to lurk unseen.
