Has anyone bought the "Guide Jaune" direct

Has anyone bought the Yellow Guide directly from ARA?
Last week I ordered a copy, paid by bank transfer and emailed the order form but haven't received any acknowledgement. I also emailed ( guides@amis-st-jacques.org ) to ask for confirmation that they had received the order and the payment but no reply to date.
Is this unusual?

Is it possible to buy the guide in Geneva?

Hi,
Quick update, the guide arrived yesterday so that was pretty prompt service. It would have been nice to get an acknowledgement of the order but credit where it is due, so thank you ARA and Dominique for a great service.

And on first glance the guide looks great.
