Hello everyone.

I'm in the process of booking my gite reservations on the GR10 portion of our trip and need a little help deciphering the charges and options available. Also any tips on the ins and outs of staying with and without meals when booking would be helpful.

Here is an example of what I came across in St. Etienne:

Nuitée : prix unique de 14,00 € (Nuitée en dortoir sans gestion libre. Taxe de séjour incluse. )
Nuitée : prix unique de 16,00 € (En dortoir avec gestion libre. Taxe de séjour incluse. )
Nuitée : prix unique de 19,00 € (Nuitée en chambre double. Tarif par personne. Taxe de séjour incluse. )
Autre tarif : prix unique de 35,00 € (1/2 pension/pers/nuitée en chambre double )
Autre tarif : prix unique de 30,00 € (1/2 pension/pers/nuitée en dortoir )
Petit-déjeuner : prix unique de 6,00 €
Autre tarif : prix unique de 2,00 € (Gestion libre)
Taxe de séjour : 0,45

Petit-déjeuner : prix unique de 6,00 € . Breakfast is 6€
Autre tarif : prix unique de 2,00 € (Gestion libre) If you want access to the kitchen, add 2€.
Taxe de séjour : 0,45 Taxe per day.

Get a Spanish mobil number + data while on the Camino
Get a spanish phone number with Airalo. eSim, so no physical SIM card. Easy to use app to add more funds if needed.
Take the 35e and enjoy the night.
 
Have you looked at AirBnB. I've used it a few times on the Sureste and it's been very useful.
