Yes from Le PuyWill you start via Podiensis from Le Puy ?
Thanks for that information. Really appreciate it.Hi @CillaP,
From Le Puy you have La Malle Postale for luggage transfer, at least until Cahors I think: https://www.lamallepostale.com/fr/
From Cahors, you can contact Transports Claudine:
It seems that the 2nd one stops on 15th October. In Spain I do not know what companies can carry luggage.Transports Claudine - Chemin de Compostelle

Be sure to bring warm clothes: if you start from Le Puy on 20th September, probably you will not be in Santiago before December...
I can't help your transportation question as I carried my backpack. You are in for a wonderful camino all the way to Santiago. I did it in 2015. The food in the Gites and pensions? Well you will be in heaven.Yes from Le Puy
Thank you. What time of the year did you commence your Camino? Food...I'm not sure! Some of the You Tubers I follow that have recently walked this Camino found many of the Bars and restaurants closed so Iam thinking it might be a good idea to stock up with food when I see a supermarket.I can't help your transportation question as I carried my backpack. I started in mid September and it was hot. I also had issues on some days finding palces to eat as this is a camino that goes through many small villages. I never found that there was a general consensus of when bars/cafes/shops were open or closed. I walked in 2015. I would imagine that things may be a little better 7 years later whenit comes to infrastructure. My biggest mistake was not getting a copy of Miam Miam DoDo guide. I think it would have made my life much easier. Definitely get food when you can in supermarkets or should I say the most often in small village shops. When it comes to the quality of food that is why I said in the GItes and pensions that served dinner and often breakfast, Memorable to say the least! Make reservations ahead of time for the gites. I usually did it the night before and never had a problem. had the owners of the place I was staying at call for me as I speak no French and I did not even have a cell phone. Buen caminoThank you. Good to know. Thank you.We walked in May/June 2018 so can't comment for later in the year but can confirm the food in the gites was excellent - we always went for demi-pension when available. On the couple of times it wasn't we were in towns where there were cafe/restaurant/grocery stores available. We almost always had to preplan for lunch as a lot of the small villages didn't have a shop/cafe and don't rely on them being open even tho listed to be on that day as we found out one day in ?Pimps where the only one in the village was unexpectedly closed. We survived the day with a Mars Bar each! Mostly we had a baguette, cheese and tomato in our pack for picnic lunches.
We are leaving LePuy on 9/21I am starting the Camino via Podiensis on September 20th 2022, walking through to Santiago. I was told that the luggage transfer companies stop on October 15th. Is that correct and if so, are taxis readily available to shift luggage? Plan A is to use one of the tour companies and pre-book accommodation and luggage transfers, Plan Z is to take my tent and stealth camp. Plan A feels a bit warmer. I was also advised by one of the tour companies that accommodation along the route closes at the end of September...are there others that have hiked the Camino from September onward that can advise?
I am in Le Puy today. La Malle Postale says they will continue baggage transport to Moissac until October 31.. Their rate for up to 13kilo is 8,84 now, after october 16 it will go to 10,4 due to less volumeI am starting the Camino via Podiensis on September 20th 2022, walking through to Santiago.
