Hi, i am starting my camino in a few days and i have read too many worrying posts about Bedbugs in Camino. I tried to search in my local countty how to avoid them, but couldnt find a proper answer. I will take a light sleeping bag and a really small pillow with me. Is there any spray/powder or special way how to avoid them? They are worst dream for me. Shall I take some bed cover? Any suggestions are more than welcome! Thanks!
