Is Santiago de Compostela airport open for locals to enter and pick up travellers

I am due to be picked up by a family member who lives locally but do not know if the airport is open for non travelers to enter (as it was closed last year). Does anybody know this info?

As far as I know, there are no restrictions. My husband was dropped off there a few days ago. No issues.
