I'm on my final hours to Santiago and I have butterflies in my stomach and tears in my eyes.

Aaaaahhhh.... wonderful memories. Bien Camino! I recall my first sighting of the Cathedral top amongst the shops and hussle and bustle of Santiago... I played Amy Grant's "sing your praise to the Lord" and wept like a baby. But I still had 4km to go....................... the moment passed, but it was still a good moment

Yeah the first sight of the Cathedral made me cry. I was so happy there in the middle of the street. But I saw them much later than 4 km before.

Overwhelming experience indeed!!! Especially being inside the cathedral and attending the pilgrims mass!!!!

Looking back on it now from almost 6 months ask yourself, Why did you start the Camino?

Now ask yourself, Why did you finish the Camino?

Are they same reason or did they change somewhere along the way?
