We hear various things about where we have to make certain we walk from to Santiago? The last 100 km on the Portuguese Coastal Route, Tui or Redondela, and do we have to make certain we get 2 stamps per day for the last 100km.

Redondela is only about 78km from Santiago and you will not qualify for a Compostela if you begin there. Tui is about 107km and is usually considered the last starting point which will qualify. Wherever you start you must have at least two stamps per day in that final 100km if you want a Compostela. If you do not want to receive a Compostela then you are free to start wherever you wish.
