Leaving Fatima for Ourem.

Has anyone walked the Camino out of Fatima towards Ourem?
I'd rather avoid roads but maybe their edges are the only path.

I’ve walked from Fatima to Caxarias, and (next day) to Ansiao. It’s a marked path. Quite a lot of roads, but quiet, very little traffic.
