Assuming you have the means to cope for three days that might be your best bet. It did mean I ended up having to stay in a hotel while there to ensure there was a front desk that could receive and sign for the UPS package, but all went smoothly.

They were very helpful and trustworthy and it was nice to have some respite from Albergues. While not cheap, I thought it was reasonable value for money. Can't remember which but I either called or emailed ahead to warn them a package was coming and when I checked in it was there waiting for me. Still I'm sure pretty much any hotel with a manned front desk would be fine.
