Man who sexually assaulted german pilgrims has been arrested

The spanish Guardia Civil has arrested a 73-years old man for sexual assault against three german female pilgrims, in the Villaviciosa zone (in Asturias). One of the assaults took place in May 2014, and the other two during this summer.

I believe this case was discussed in this forum, but can't find right now the threads. In any case, it's good to know that at least the man in question has been located.

The last sentence translates using Google as: "The suspect, after testifying in the premises of the Civil Guard Villaviciosa, was released with the obligation to appear in the Court of 1st Insistance and Instruction of Villaviciosa."

In the States, this would be "released on his own recognizance"... meaning this person is not seen as a threat or a flight risk. I hope the Civil Guard will keep an eye on him.
