Meeting Sara

Francés and routes in Andalucia
Every day, we have been hoping to run into other forum members, but we have not met any (that we know of). So what incredibly good luck to be delayed in our start this morning and thus be leaving the bar in Salceda just as someone started recording a video at the door. “I know that voice,” I thought to myself. “Are you Sara?” I asked incredulously. Indeed she was, and so we had the delightful pleasure of walking to Pedrouzo with this indomitable peregrina. It will surely be one of the best memories of our Camino!

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
Wonderful...Sara is practically a camino celebrity!

Sara has an incredible backstory. Saying she is indomitable is an understatement. I would go so far as to say she is a walking miracle.

I have been following her You Tube videos with relish. I enjoy them immensely. I subscribed to her channel so I am alerted when she posts a new edition of her travels.

Still can't quite wrap my head around her "bridge dances." But I do share her sincere appreciation for a cold Estrella Galicia at the end of the day.

As of yesterday's video installment, Sara was at Melida, ending the Primitivo, and joining in the Frances to Santiago. So, she should be there in a couple of days.

She is one of the more memorable characters I have not yet met in person... one day...

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

€46,-
The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
Just saw the video with you. There's something that will always be there to remind you of your Camino!
