LIVE from the Camino On the camino

Been on the camino about 2 weeks now. All going well. I crossed the Pyrenees, it was wonderful weather, so the views were incredible. It was long but not as difficult as I thought it might be, so I would encourage anyone hesitating to go for it. The refugios have been fine on the whole. Some better than others, but we have stayed in hostals some of hte time, just for sanity´s sake, as the snoring and mixed facilities can get a bit too much sometimes. All in all a great experience so far. Resting in Burgos, for a couple of days then onwards. The Cathedral here is spectacular!
Not too many english pilgrims on the route. Many germans, dutch, danish, italians. All very nice though.
