Hi all,

I'm about to start my Camino 17th March from Le Puy.
I haven't done much research on the pilgrims stamping location.

Where do I get the stamps, or do they even provide the service?

Many thanks,

Peter.

Yes, the Le Puy route has stamps. in French they are called tampons. Every gite, most other lodgings like hotels and chambre d'hotes, often in restaurants, and practically every (but not all) church. At the lodgings and restaurants, ask when you pay your bill (just break out your credencial with your wallet). In churches, look near the entry door, along the wall, for a small desk. In some places, you will find stickers instead of stamps.

Thank you very much for the reply.
I feel lot better knowing that.

Cheers.

Get a spanish phone number with Airalo. eSim, so no physical SIM card. Easy to use app to add more funds if needed.
Some albergues do not have sellos but will direct you to places in the village that do.

Thank you.
