Last October when I was trying to get home, my flight from Madrid to New York was delayed resulting in missing my onward flight. Multiple issues resulted. I didn't want to deal with the airline involved in the delay, and looked around for companies that might handle a complaint for me. FlightRight.com was the one I chose. I filed all the information they asked for - all of which seemed reasonable, and not excessive, and sent it off. Two & a half months later, I just received notification from FlightRight that the airline has paid my compensation to them. In the interim, there has been no spam or other outside "communication" as a result of this contact.

FlightRight has given me two options for receiving my compensation -- thru PayPal or thru my bank. They have given very clear details about how to proceed, and I'll check with my bank for advice.

If anyone has used FlightRight, I would be interested to hear your experiences with them. Please refrain from negative opinions, I would prefer real experiences.

Indeed! I had nothing to lose, and gained a bit - especially in the area of trust!
