Flags were raised today on the Pazo de Raxoi, four flags , the Spanish , Galician and EU ... Don't know the fourth , can anyone tell me what it is , it's maroon in colour with a black symbol in the centre ... Can't make out the symbol .. ?

definitely black symbol , unlike the colour one on the city flag ..... looks well at night ...
