I am a South African living in Altlanta, USA with a Green Card. How and where can I apply for a Schengen Visa for Spain

From the webpage below it looks like you have to apply to the Spanish consulate in Miami.

This question you should really ask your nearest Spanish or French embassy (depending where you plan to start your Camino). Buen Camino, SY
