I do make lots of jokes on here, am irascible sometimes (apologies) .. but I am also deeply religious, a Unitarian Franciscan, and I know that I have many faults - the main one may possibly be that I do not trust any religious person who has no sense of the absurd - so - now I know that we cannot discuss religion and I am not going to do that ... but, that deep personal pilgrimage that some do undertake .. those who woke up in the middle of the night at home with no answers to this riddle, or suffered serious tragedy and could not work out why, and came on Camino with so many questions but also with hope, suffered (or will suffer) that deep aloneness, deep feeling of separatedness until if one is lucky and one reaches that point where one just surrenders ... when the heart then opens and all is well ...

then - if that is you - these two songs are for you ..... (just my personal thoughts on this ..) - do these resonate with you?
