There is a red exclamation mark for the decent between these 2 towns. Can anyone describe the terrain? Thank you so very much.

I just walked there two weeks ago. Not so difficult descent on good paths and roads (see picture with all the valley in which Triacastela is located)
Nothing compared to the descent to El Acebo and Molinaseca, which I think is the most difficult descent on the whole Camino.
Talking about what really matters, you have a bar at the entrance of Biduedo before you begin the descent and at Filloval there's also a nice bar to rest, with a "strange" pilgrim in it's garden (see picture below)!!!

Don't worry, it's easy, just steady and a bit steel in a few places. But the surfaces are all good. Easy walking.

And just wait til you see the magnificent chestnut trees in Triacastella. Please give them my greetings; they've shaded a few pilgrims on their way by.
