Is this only available in a Kindle edition? Some of us love the feel of a real book in our hands ...and on our shelves when we've enjoyed it!

That has answered my question also.....I too like to read 'an actual book' and usually like to keep it in my little libray here at home when I've finished so that I can re-visit it at any time. Smiles and looking forward to 'the hard copy'.

Thank you very much! It took a while to develop the cover - a very clever movie poster designer did it for me. Carnival Studios, in Sydney. They do most of the major poster work in this country. Demi Hopkins was the designer.

I like Amazon and buy many books etc from them, but I do not favour supporting one e_book format over others. So will this book be available via Kobo or similar "non-Kindle" formats??
