If you are going to be in Santiago, Finisterre or Muxia or anywhere in between on or near the 7th of July, you might like to know about an upcoming festival in Vimianzo which is on your bus route (or 6klms from The Little Fox). I am referrring to the "Asalto do Castelo" a yearly re-enactment of a great battle between the landed gentry and the people and the archbishop of Santiago (ah...the good old days!) It's going to be great fun and I for one am going to abandon my matron's outfit (see halloween post last year) for a very sexy wench's traxe.
