You can send it however you want, but the post office works well. The only negative is that if there is a problem, their customer service once you are in Spain is close to zero. As an alternative, you can ship with a private shipper like DHL. Search google maps for locations around you. Also "Mailboxes ETC" might be helpful (search for them as well). They do offer shipment with many different shippers. These private shippers are more expensive but have much better customer service if there is a problem.
