What is the best way to get to Ponferrada from a English airport.

Perhaps Valladolid airport, but this is a very small...............................

Hello Ian !!

Last year I took a flight from Helsinki to London Stansted and from there to Valladolid. Minkey gave this tip to me. The flight took off in the morning and from the airport we took a bus to Valladolid centre and a long distance bus to Ponferrada. It took three and half hours from Valladolid to Ponferrada. Not bad. We arrived in the refugio about eight o´clock in the evening.
