Urgent - Route recs from Carrion de los Condes to El Burgo Ranero?

My daughter and I are biking the meseta. We're in Carrion de los Condes tonight, biking through Sahagun to El Burgo Ranero tomorrow. Our printed materials are very unclear on the state and difficulty of the Camino path vs paved roads for this section. We're tired, saddlesore and have some minor injuries, so easier is better on this long day! Any recommendations would help. Thanks in advance!

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
After Sahagun I took the Roman roads leading to Calzadilla de la Cueza and then cut across and walked to El Burgo Ranero. Not saying take that route, but an option, the roads are dirt roads, but good roads. That whole section Carrion de los Condes- El Burgo Ranero is long, flat and I saw a lot of flat tires. You are talking approximately 70 Kms with injuries on flat terrain. Start early, there is a Monument Mid-Point Camino Frances just before Sahagun. Don't miss it.

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.
