Hello all!
I am looking at flying into Valencia at the end of August to participate in the Tomato Festival before starting my journey on the camino. What is the easiest way to get from Valencia to St. Jean Pied de port? I have tried to search it on the internet, but I am only coming up with these crazy flights. nothing cost friendly.

THANKS!!!

Get a spanish phone number with Airalo. eSim, so no physical SIM card. Easy to use app to add more funds if needed.
There is a daily train to Pamplona for about 45E that leaves about noon. From Pamplona you can get a bus or taxi to SJPDP.

Yes, I think the closest you'd get by air would be Bilbao with Iberia, so not cheap. Just bite your tongue and prepare for quite a long trip. Enjoy any time you have in Valencia - I love that city. I assume the tomato festival is in Bunol? Buen Camino!

Down bag (90/10 duvet) of 700 fills with 180 g (6.34 ounces) of filling. Mummy-shaped structure, ideal when you are looking for lightness with great heating performance.

Thank you so much! I looked into it and this seems to be the best option!
